蚊净香草叶片离体培养研究

摘　　要：以蚊净香草(PelargoniumgraveolensL'Herit)不同叶龄的叶片为外植体进行离体培养,结果表明,只有成熟的叶片可诱导形成愈伤组织,培养基MS+6-BA1 00mg/L+NAA0 20mg/L最适于愈伤组织的诱导、不定芽分化和丛生芽的增殖,培养基MS+NAA0 20mg/L最适合根系诱导及幼苗生长.<Abstrcat> In vitro culture of Pelargonium graveolens L'Herit was conducted using its leaves with different leaf age as explant. The results were showed that callus could be induced only from mature leaves. The medium MS+6-BA 1.00 mg/L+NAA 0.20 mg/L was the most appropriate in all for callus inducing,indefinite budding, and buds proliferation,and the medium MS+NAA 0.20 mg/L was the most appropriate in all for rooting and seedling growing.
