摘　　要：主要介绍了蒙特卡罗方法的基本概念,探讨了电子电路中的蒙特卡罗分析方法,阐述了随机数的产生和随机变量的抽样,并举例说明了蒙特卡罗方法在电路模拟中的应用。Basic concepts about Monte Carlo are presented first, and the method of Monte Carlo analysis in the circuit is introduced. Then it is expounded that random number generating and random variable sampling, for example,application of the method of Monte Carlo analysis to circuit simulation,is explained.
