摘 要:以5mm厚变形镁合金AZ31B板材为主要研究对象,研究变极性等离子弧焊接镁合金的工艺特点,得到了合理的焊接参数变化区间,并在此基础上分析焊接工艺参数变化对焊缝成形及接头性能的影响。试验结果表明,镁合金变极性等离子弧焊的焊接参数变化区间比较窄,受参数变化的影响较大。改变极性时宽比和阴极清理时间,不仅使工件的清理作用发生变化,而且对接头的抗拉强度产生一定的影响。通过合理选择焊接参数,可以获得理想的焊接结果,接头强度达到母材的90%以上。The technology of magnesium alloy AZ31B welding was introduced. The welding technology, welding parameters and their influences on appearance and quality of weld were studied. The results showed that the welding parameter interval of variable polarity plasma arc for magnesium alloy welding was narrow and influenced a lot by variable parameters. Different heat distribution and cleaning action can be realized by changing the anode time ratio and cathode cleaning time. By selecting appropriate parameters, the fine appearance of weld can be obtained and the melting loss of tungsten was reduced. The joint strength of the weld can be up to 90% of base metal.
