摘  要:通过对伺服焊枪与气动焊枪在渐进、预压与焊接三个阶段的焊接特性进行对比分析。相对气动焊枪而言,在渐进阶段,伺服焊枪可以实现对电极的良好加减速控制以及对焊枪运动路径的程序化优化控制;在预压阶段可实现对工件的软接触且预压力时间大大减少;在焊接阶段伺服焊枪可实现对电极力的准确控制并且使锻压力控制成为可能。这说明伺服焊枪具有传统气动焊枪无可比拟的优点,具有广阔的应用前景。Servo gun is a new type welding gun, mainly applied in spot welding of body. This paper mainly compared and studied the welding characteristics between servo gun and pneumatic gun at approaching, squeezing, and welding stages. Contrast to pneumatic gun, at approaching stage, servo gun can control the accelerating and decelerating speed very well and optimize the moving route of gun in programming; at squeezing stage, servo gun can realize soft touch and reduce the squeezing time greatly; at welding stage, servo gun can control electrode force accurately and make it possible to control the forging force. These proved that servo gun had predominant advantages compared with general pneumatic gun and broad application.
