摘  要:通过对CO2焊接的弧长控制进行了研究,提出了通过同时调节送丝速度和弧焊电源输出电压来保证焊接弧长基本不变的方法。根据能量定律、欧姆定律等基本定律,以及电弧静特性、电弧物理特性及焊缝成形基本原理,建立了CO2焊接过程中电弧电压、电流等主要参数的数学模型。试验表明,当焊接工件与焊炬喷嘴之间的距离发生较大变化时,根据模型进行调节,可以保证不同干伸长条件下焊接电弧弧长基本不变,焊缝成形基本一致。Methods used to control the arc-length in CO2 arc welding are discussed, and a new method was proposed that the arc length can be controlled through adjusting the wire speed and the welding voltage simultaneously. Based on energy law, Ohm's law, several principles and laws in the welding process, a mathematic model of the parameters including welding voltage and current is established. Results show that when the distance between the work piece and the welding torch changed greatly, though with different wire extension, a steady arc-length and a unanimous shape of the weld can be obtained through adjusting the wire feed rate and welding voltage according to the model.
