摘　　要：研究目的:以江苏省境内黄河故道区为例,评价流域土地开发整理的生态安全。研究方法:生态安全评价法、Delphi经验统计判断法等。研究结果:土地开发整理后,区内10个县的生态不安全因素普遍降低。为相似流域土地资源的合理开发整理提供借鉴。研究结论:土地开发整理后保持了粮食、水利、生境、水土保持等的生态安全性。The purpose of the paper is to assess t he ecological safety of basin land consolidation,taking the area of old course of the Yellow River in Jiangsu Province as a case.Method of De lphi was employed.The results indicate the values of unsafe factors for ecological safety evaluation o f 10counties in the region decreased,which can provide guidance for land develo pment and consolidation in the simil ar basin.The ecological safety of grain,water resource,habitat,soil and wa ter conservation has been maintained after land consolidation.
