摘 要:为了克服现有原油脱钙剂适用性差、成本高且含有对水体造成二次污染的磷类物质等缺点,从络合脱钙机理的研究入手,利用分子设计原理,研制出高效、环保新型WA型脱钙剂,脱钙率大于80%,对原油中Ca,Fe,Mg和Cu等金属总脱除率近60%,能够满足工业原油脱金属的要求。经新型脱钙剂处理后的原油品质得到改善,降低了原油的电导率、粘度、密度,具有广阔的工业应用前景。利用正交试验,考察了反应温度、反应时间、加剂量和脱钙剂溶液pH值对脱金属效果的影响,为工业应用提供了有价值的工艺参数。To improve the applicability of existing crude decalciuming agents and overcome the shortcoming of the higher operating costs and secondary contamination by phosphorous materials etc, a new high-efficiency environmentally friendly WA Type decalciuming agent has been developed based upon the complexation mechanisms and molecular design. The calcium removal rate of this agent is greater than 80% and the removal of total metal (Ca, Fe, Mg Cu etc) in crude oil is about 60% , which can meet the requirement for the demetalization of crude oil in commercial operation. The quality of decalciumed crude has been improved and the conductivity, viscosity and density have been lowered . It has a very good commercial application prospect. The impact of reaction temperature, reactor residence time. dosage and pH of decalciuming agent solution on the calcium removal efficiency has been investigated in the orthogonal tests, which provide valuable process parameters for commercial application.
