摘　　要：针对炼制高含硫原油,部分炼油装置及贮罐不断出现硫化亚铁自燃的严重安全问题,研制出了一种既无毒(满足环保要求),又对硫化亚铁垢具有较好钝化和清洗作用的钝化清洗剂-NH- 02Z。实验室测试表明:用NH-02Z浸泡FeS两小时后,可使Fe2+百分之百转化为Fe3+。将NH-02Z 以1:10比例稀释后,在Ⅰ套硫磺装置的T-2201塔进行清洗试验,证明效果良好。该产品无毒,可满足环保要求。To deal with autoignition of iron sulfite in the refinery process units and storage tanks after processing high-sulfur crude oil, a new non-toxic (environmental friendly) passivation cleaning agent for iron sulfite (FeS) fouling---NH-02Z has been developed. The laboratory tests show that 100% of Fe2+ is converted to Fe3 + two hours after the iron sulfite fouling is soaked in NH-02A. A good result has been achieved in T-2201 tower in No 1 sulfur recovery unit when it was cleaned with NH-02Z at a dilution ratio of 1:10. The agent is non-toxic and good for environment.
