花信灵在粳稻不育系繁殖中的应用研究

摘　　要：花信灵对粳稻不育系开花具有明显的诱导效应,能提早不育系的始花时间和盛花时间,提高异交结实率及繁殖产量。研究结果表明:在不育系榆密15A抽穗5%和40%时各喷1次花信灵,并且在抽穗5%和10%时各喷1次"九二○",始花时间和盛花时间均比对照提早23 4min,与保持系的始花时差和盛花时差分别缩短为19 4、11min;异交结实率和产量分别比对照提高4 70%、377 40kg/hm2,产量差异达极显著水平。花信灵与"九二○"适时适量地配合使用,具有较高的投入产出比,是粳稻不育系繁殖缩短父母本花时差较为有效且经济的使用方法。The effect of application of Huaxinling on reproduction yield of Japonica cytoplasm male sterile line(CMS) was studied.Results showed that spraying huaxinling separately at 5 % and 40 % heading stages and '920' at 5 % and 10 % heading stages in CMS Yumi 15A once could induce 23.4 min ahead for initiation-flowering-time(IFT) and peak-flowering-time(PFT),which shortened the flowering time difference between CMS and maintain line to 19.4 min for IFT and 11 min for PFT,and significantly increased the seed set rate of outcrossing and reproduction yield by 4.70 % and 377.40 kg/?hm^2, respectively. This study demonstrated that using of huaxinling and '920' in appropriate time and dosage was effective and economical for shortening the flowering time difference between male-female parents and increasing the reproduction yield of Japonica CMS.
