几种禾本科草抗玉米弯孢菌叶斑病能力的研究

摘  要:试验以草绿菌株(Curvularialunata)为病原,对9种常见禾本科草进行接种后,观测草的生长情况、症状出现时间、发病部位、病斑大小、病斑密度等指标,综合评价供试草的抗感性。结果说明,弯孢叶斑病菌都可以侵染供试草,使草生长速度降低,新生叶片形成慢,形成的叶片短而窄,节间缩短。但是症状出现时间与严重程度不同,症状由强到弱的顺序为:剪股颖、狗牙根、多花黑麦草、鸭茅、高羊茅、牛鞭草、一年生早熟禾、多年生黑麦草、假俭草。供试禾本科草的抗感性:假俭草为R,多年生黑麦草、一年生早熟禾为MR,高羊茅为MS,牛鞭草为R,剪股颖、狗牙根、多花黑麦草和鸭茅为HS。By inoculating nine kinds of common forage/?turfgrass with Curvularia lunata,the growth of grasses,the appearance time and the position of symptom,the size and the density of disease spot in all grass tested were observed and the anti-infection was comprehensively evaluated.The result showed that Curvularia lunata could infect all grass tested,and grass grew slowly.Meanwhile,the new-borne leaves were shorter and narrower,and the inter-nod was shorter. But there was a difference in both appearance time and severity,the sequence of symptom from strong to weak was Creeping Bentgrass,Bermudagrass,Annual Ryegrass,Orchardgrass,Tall Fescue,Limpograss,Annual Bluegrass,Perennial Ryegrass and Centipedegrass.Their anti-infection showed Centipedegrass was R,Perennial Ryegrass and Annual Bluegrass were MR,Tall Fescue was MS,Limpograss was R,Creeping Bentgrass,and Bernudagrass,Annual Ryegrass and Orchagrass were HS.
