摘　　要：机械式停车方式具有明显的节地效应,特别在城市居住区小汽车停放场地不足的问题日趋突出的形势下,应予推广运用.在同其他停车方式比较的基础上,对机械式停车方式的优缺点进行了分析,并从经济投入、环境效益方面论述了机械式停车方式在居住区中运用的可能性.采用机械式停车有助于节约投资,提高环境质量.With more and more cars and the limited ground in urban residential district,parking is becoming an emergent and prominent problem. Mechanical parking can save a large amount of ground space and is worth introducing. By comparing mechanical parking mode with other parking modes, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of mechanical parking. It also discusses the possibility of applying mechanical parking in urban residential district in economical and environmental aspects. It is argued that proper application of mechanical parking can help to save investment and improve environment.
