摘　　要：基于中国外经企业多年国际工程承包的实践和经验,文中首先给出了劳工管理的概念和工作职责范围,进一步论证了劳工管理的重要性和必要性,并提出了如何做好国际工程劳工管理的具体措施和建议,最后对劳工管理工作进行了展望。Firstly, this paper gives the concept and scope of labor management.Based on Chinese Companies's long time international project contracting practice, the importance and vital of labor management is briefed. This paper also proposes procedures and suggestions how to improve labor management in international projects. Finally, the prospect of labor management is outlined.
