从企业家的约束问题看国有银行的民营化

摘　　要：现代企业制度最大的特点,就是经营权与所有权的分离,企业的实际控制者就是经营企业的企业家,这样,企业家的激励与约束问题显得至关重要。笔者主要从现代企业理论的企业家约束问题入手,即所有权约束与债权约束问题,推导出我国国有银行有先行民营化的必要性。The most marked feature of modern enterprises is the separation of operatorship and ownership , which results in the fact that the real controller of an enterprise is actually the entrepreneur who operates it. The lends crucial importance to the issues of incentive and restraint of entrepreneurs. From the issue of restraining entrepreneurs of modern enterprise theory, that is, the restraint issues of ownership and creditor' s right, we come up with the necessity of private operation of China' s state-owned banks.
