超稠油复配处理剂的研制与性能评价

摘  要:曙光油田超稠油具有明显的4高1低特征,生产中存在周期短、回采水率低、注汽压力高等问题。经室内优选,以表面活性剂、有机扩散剂及高温粘土稳定剂为主剂,制得超稠油复配处理剂,并对其驱油、乳化、耐温、防膨等性能进行了评价。结果表明,复配处理剂具有良好的驱油、乳化、耐温及防膨性能。The super heavy oil in Shuguang Oilfield had four-high and one-low characters.During the produc- tion,there were problems of short cycle,low rate of back produced water and high pressure of steam injection.A compound additive for super heavy oil was prepared with surfactant,organic diffusion agent,and clay stabilizing agent as materials by laboratory screening.Its properties of oil displacement,emulsification,heat resistance and antiswelling were evaluated.The results showed that the compound additive had good properties of oil displacement,emulsifica- tion,and heat resistance.After the compound additive was used in two wells,the cycle production time delayed 34 days and 24 days respectively,oil production increased 490.7t and 324.7t respectively.The effect of huff-puff of oil well was obviously improved.
