摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯和二乙醇胺为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO_2纳晶多孔薄膜,考察了制备过程中水加量和焙烧温度等因素对TiO_2纳晶多孔薄膜性能和结构的影响。以邻苯二甲酸酐与金属锶盐为原料,钼酸铵为催化剂,合成了酞菁锶及其磺化物。用磺化酞菁锶敏化TiO_2纳晶多孔薄膜并用紫外-可见光谱进行表征,结果表明,敏化后的TiO_2薄膜的吸收峰覆盖了整个可见光区,从而大大提高太阳光的利用率。Nano-crystal TiO_2 porous film was prepared by sol-gel method,using tetra-n-butyl titanate and diethanolamine as materials and absolute alcohol as solvent.The effects of amount of water and roasting temperature on the performance and structure of the TiO_2 film were investigated.Phthalocyanine strontium (SrPC) and its sul- fonated derivative (SrTSPC) were synthesized from phthalic anhydride and strontium salt using ammonium molybdate as catasyst. The TiO_2 film was sensitized with SrTSPC and was characterized by UV-visible light spectroscopy.The results showed that the absorbing apices of the sensitized TiO_2 film covered the whole visible light zone and the utilizing effi- ciency of solar energy was improved.
