摘　　要：作为一种新类型、具有特殊作用的诉讼,经济诉讼在我国能否独立存在,已经在法学界引起了广泛关注.就经济诉讼在我国的现状以及应当确立的客观依据进行分析性的初步探讨,并对经济诉讼在我国的构建提出一些个人见解.As a new style lawsuit,economic lawsuit has special function, whether the economic lawsuit can be standed alone has brought the widespread attention in the field of the law in China. The paper analyses the actuality and objective basis of the establishment in China. At the same time, the author advances views about the establishment of the economic lawsuit.
