摘　　要：高校图书馆是高校的重要组成部分,提高管理水平势在必行.知识管理是知识经济时代高层次的管理方式和管理理念,是知识经济的核心.从信息管理到知识管理,不仅是高校现代化管理的要求,也是高校图书馆持续发展的必由之路.It is inevitable to improve the management of university libraries, as it is an inportant part of a university . Knowlege management is notonly a hign-level management mode and idea, but also the core of knowledge-based economy. It offers an overall and reallistic framework for management modernization. The transformation from information management to knowledge management is the inevitable requirement of university modernization, and it is the only way for realizing the sustainable development of university libraries.
