摘　　要：对新乡市农药使用现状、存在问题进行了全面的调查研究,并有针对性地提出对策,以提高农民科学用药的水平.Through overall investigation and study for the problems using farm chemical in Xinxiang at present, puts forward countermeasures to raise the peasants′ scientific level of using farm chemical.
