摘　　要：简述了新临钢烧结厂8m2竖炉投产后,二次风冷装置效果不佳,对生产造成的影响,着重介绍了冷却系统改造后的工艺流程、工艺参数的选用、设备的构成以及改造前后各种技术参数的对比,最后还将改造后的成品球团质量及设备使用情况进行了介绍。In this paper,the author first briefly explained the impact of t he poorly- equipped cooling system on production after the 8 m2 vertical furnace went into operation;then introduced the innovation of the cooling system,includi ng the technological process,the choice of technological parameter,the structure of equipment and the comparison of technological parameters before and after in novation.Finally,the author introduced the finished pellets and the use of equip ment after innovation.
