摘　　要：首先分析了公房产权的特点以及公房上市交易的信息非对称问题,接着进行了政府与潜在公房交易者的讨价还价的博弈分析,最后得出政府在公房上市交易中应该坚持的关于土地收益的分配原则和分配比例.The features and the asymmetric information of the current public housing market are analyzed firstly. And then a game analysis of bargaining between the government and the potential public housing bargainers, is carried out. Finally, a conclusion that the government shall follow certain distribution principles concerning land benefit in public housing bargain, is drawn.
