瓦状塞式喷管的实验和数值模拟研究

摘  要:从冷流实验和数值模拟两方面对瓦状塞式喷管和钟型喷管的性能进行了对比研究。实验获得了集气室压强、发动机推力和环境压强等参数,得出了喷管效率的高度特性曲线。数值计算了三个实验喷管的性能,数值模拟结果与实验数据吻合较好。实验和数值模拟均表明瓦状塞式喷管相对钟型喷管具有良好的高度补偿能力;以简化的直线塞锥代替按照理想膨胀特征线法设计的型面塞锥会带来较大的性能损失;瓦状塞式喷管具有较高的性能,可以成为未来工程应用的选择方案。Tile-shaped aerospike nozzle and bell nozzle were studied by experiments and numerical simulation. Chamber pressure, thrust and ambient pressure were acquired. Experimental efficiency altitude characteristics were illustrated. The performances of test nozzles were computed and the numerical results show good agreement with the experimental data. It is shown that tile-shaped aerospike nozzle has the capacity of altitude compensation compared with bell nozzle. It is found that plug contour designed by characteristics has good performance and simplified line contour causes severe performance losses. For its high performances, tile-shaped aerospike nozzle can be a promising candidate for the future engineering application.
