摘  要:针对义马长焰煤变质程度低、活性高、灰分及硫分高等特点,为避免煤炭结渣,在生产运行中不断调整汽氧比。通过研究汽氧比对气化炉操作工况、粗煤气主要成分及水蒸气耗量的影响,确定出最佳汽氧比为5.3kg/m3 ̄5.6kg/m3,此时,气化炉可高负荷稳定运行且经济性较合理。The Yima jet coal has the characteristics of low rank, high reactivity, and high content of ash and sulfur. To avoid slagging during Lurgi gasification, the steam/oxygen ratio needs to be adjusted consistently during operation. Through studying the effect of steam/oxygen ratio on the operation of the gasifier, the compositions of crude gas and the consumption of steam, the optimum steam/oxygen ratio is finally determined to be 5.3kg/m3~5.6 kg/m3. Under such conditions, the gasifier can be operated steadily and economically.
