摘　　要：研究了以复合机械油和复合乳化剂为主要原料的和毛油的制备工艺。复合机械油粘度达(30～46)×10-6m2/s,乳化剂由表面活性剂司盘S60及乳化剂EL40(各占40%和60%)复合而成,油剂含油量可达85%,提高了和毛油的纤维间抱合力、平滑性及抗静电等性能。常温下可自乳化,乳液6个月不分层。The preparation of wool oil be composed of compound machinery oil and compound emulsifier was studied.The viscosity of the compound machinery oil is (30～46)×10^-6m^2/s,the compound emulsifier is mainly made up of surfactant Span-60 (40%)and emulsifier EL-40(60%),the amount of oil is more than 85%,not only strengthen the holding power,but also improve silky and anti-electrostatic property. The wool oil can self-emulsify at normal temperature,and the emulsion can~,t demix in six months.
