摘　　要：利用第二代电流传输器(CCII)构成一种三输入、单输出多功能电流模式滤波器,这个滤波器电路仅使用了三个第二代电流传输器(CCII),四个接地电阻和两个接地电容.通过选择电路的三个输入端及其组合,即可在输出端得到低通、高通、带通、陷波和全通五种信号处理功能,并通过计算机软件PSPICE进行仿真,充分证明了该滤波器的正确性.该电路不但结构简单,而且角频率ω0和品质因素Q可实现独立可调,无源灵敏度较低.In this text, a current-mode filter circuit with three inputs and one output is presented, which is made of only three CCIIs, four grounded resistances (R) and two grouded capcitance. It an carry out second-order low-pass, high-pass , band-pass,notch and all-pass filtering function by selecting different inputs. The property of the circuit is testified by simulating of PSPICE software. The circuit is not only simple, but also its center frequency and quality factor can be adjusted separately ,and it is more insensitive to R and C.
