摘  要:通过选择原料进行配方配料、混捏、轧片、磨粉、压型和固化等主要工艺手段,研制出了性能优良的新型高阻炭刷样品,探讨了各种原料的配方配料以及不同成型压力对炭刷样品的体积密度、电阻率、抗折强度及肖氏硬度等各项性能的影响,发现采用鳞片石墨、二硫化钼和改性酚醛树脂为主要原料,成型压力为100MPa时制得的炭刷,其电阻率约为700μΩ·m,经实际装机运行,其火花小于1.5级,磨损小,寿命可达200h以上,解决了国产炭刷在交流串激式高速微特电机上运行时常常产生的火花大,磨损快的问题.另外还运用SEM技术对样品形貌进行了分析,阐述了炭刷微观组织结构和炭刷性能之间的关系.New type high-resistivity carbon brushes with excellent performance were developed through selecting a series of technical processes such as raw materials, blending, mixing, rolling, milling, molding and solidifying. The effects of various raw materials and different molding pressures on volume density, resistivity, flexural strength and shore hardness of carbon brushes were discussed. The results show that under the condition of 100 MPa molding pressure the resistivity of carbon brushes made of crystalline flake graphite?MoS_2 and phenol formaldehyde resin modified is about 700 μΩ·m. The spark is lower than 1.5 grade, the wear is slight and the useful life exceeds 200 hours in practical operation of the carbon brushes. The problem of big spark and heavy wear was solved, which was generated by home-made high-resistivity carbon brushes fon AC series high speed micromotors in practical operation.The relationships of microstructure and properties of carbon brushes were presented by SEM analyses.
