摘  要:运用弹塑性有限元方法,对7075铝合金的淬火过程进行了数值计算,给出了淬火过程中温度、应力的变化情况.模拟计算结果与常规实验数据吻合很好.这些模拟结果将为淬火工艺以及随后消除与降低残余应力的工艺制定提供重要的依据.The quenching of aluminum alloy will unavoidably lead to residual stresses in the workpiece, which will have strong effect on the products' following processes and the stability of their final properties. The quenching of a 7075 aluminum alloy die-forged missile shell has been simulated in this paper by finite element method. The distributions and variations of the temperature, stress, strain field are showed and discussed. The results of the numeric simulation can be very helpful to the design of the quenching treatment and the following processing steps to reduce the residual stresses in the workpiece.
