摘  要:随着对苯的毒理、代谢动力学等领域研究的深入,低浓度苯对机体的影响已引起注意。石油炼制多处作业环境有苯存在,但正常生产时多数浓度甚低。通过对炼厂两组不同方式接触苯作业工人的调查,观察其免疫功能变化,以便为摸索早期医学监护指标,建立石油炼制作业生产环境与人体反应的剂量──效应关系提供依据。The effect of low benzene concentration for the organism has been noticed along with the advanced study on the toxicology, metabolic kinetics etc of benzene. The benzene exists in many places of a refinery, but its concentration normally is very low .Two groups of workers contacting benzen in different way were investigated in a refinery. Change of theirimmune function was observed. Thus, index of early medical monitor was probed, and the dose-effect relationship between human reaction and work environment of petroleum refining was established.
