摘　　要："三个代表"重要思想是当代马克思主义中国化的最新理论成果,是以江泽民同志为代表的中国共产党人率领全国人民在中国的改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的伟大实践中,积累的治党治国治军的新的宝贵经验。它在科学地回答一系列重大理论和现实问题的同时,也客观地创构了一个系统的科学理论体系。从理论体系的科学构成的三大基本要素以及科学内涵、外延和结构特征,足以印证"三个代表"理论体系确实是全新的、系统的、完整的科学体系。The important thought of 'The Three Represents' is the latest Marxist theoretical achievement of Chinese characteristics. It is the valuable and newly accumulated experience for our party, our country and our army in the construction of socialist modernization and in the reform and the opening-up to the outside world under the leadership of Communist Party of China headed by Jiang Ze-min. In answering a series of important and practical questions in a scientific way, it objectively creates and constructs a systematic and scientific theoretical system. Considered from scientific connotation, denotation and constructive characteristics which are the three basic elements in theoretical system, the important thought of 'The Three Represents' is the brand-new, systematic and complete scientific system.
