关于城市房屋拆迁问题的思考

摘　　要：目前我国城市房屋拆迁工作中存在着诸多问题,如被拆迁人中困难户多、安置房价格偏高、部分被拆迁人要求过高、司法渠道不畅等。解决这些问题应以科学发展观为指导,制定切实有效的对策,如建立住房保障体系、管理部门之间密切合作、畅通司法渠道、正面宣传报道等。The thesis analyzes the present existing problems about city building demolition and the occupants relocation. The problems may be as follows: there are many poor people in the occupants; the price of relocation house is very high; some occupants put forward harsh requirements; the channel of justice is somewhat blocked, etc. Furthermore, the thesis puts forward some countermeasures with the guidance of the scientific development views, such as the establishment of the safeguard system of relocation house, the close cooperation in the administration departments, unblocking the channel of the justice, positive propagation,etc.
