摘  要:全固态薄膜锂离子电池在未来微电子器件中具有广泛的应用前景,但该微电池在制备工艺方面还需进一步优化。溶胶—凝胶法制备无机薄膜材料具有其它方法无法比拟的许多优点成为目前研究的热点。简单介绍了溶胶—凝胶法制备薄膜的基本过程和特点,重点评述了该方法制备LiMn2O4薄膜的各种影响因素。Recently, all solid state thin film lithium ionic batteries are attracting excessive attentions for its potential applications in micro-electronics devices. However, the fabrication processes need to be further optimized in order to decrease the cost and improve electrochemical properties. Nowadays, the sol-gel method used to prepare inorganic thin films has become an active research field forits many advantages. In this paper, the procedureand merits of this method are introduced and the influence factors in preparing LiMn_2O_4thin film are reviewed emphatically.
