摘 要:低熔封接玻璃是一种先进的焊接材料,由于其具有低的熔化温度和封接温度,优良的机械强度和化学稳定性,在很多领域中得到广泛的应用。磷酸盐在低熔封接玻璃中既作为主要原料也是成核剂及填料。当前使用的低熔封接玻璃中氧化铅的含量高,对环境的污染严重。磷酸盐体系低熔封接玻璃可以彻底地解决这些问题。中国磷资源丰富,磷酸盐低熔封接玻璃性能良好,附加值高,发展前景广阔。Low-melting sealing glass is an advanced sealing material, which is widely used in many fields due to its low melting temperature and sealing temperature, excellent mechanical strength and chemical stability. The phosphate is used not only as the main material of low-melting sealing glass, and also as the nucleating agent and the filler. The content of lead is high in the current low-melting sealing glass. So it does harm to the environments badly. Low-melting sealing glass of phosphate system can resolve this problem throughout.The resource of phosphorus is abundance in China,and the low-melting sealing glass of phosphate system has a promising prospect due to its excellent performance and higher additive value.
