摘　　要：结合某微生物所三级生物安全防护实验室的设计,介绍了甲类建筑在设计使用年限、安全等级、重要性系数以及荷载取值方面的要求。重点讨论了甲类建筑在抗震设计时地震动参数的选用、采用时程分析法进行多遇地震下的补充计算和罕遇地震下的弹塑性变形验算。并且对结构选型、地基基础设计以及构造等方面需要注意的地方进行了介绍。According to the structural design of P3 laboratory of institute of microbe research,the design working life, safety class, importance coefficient and load value are presented.How to determine parameters of ground motion is emphasized. Time-progress analysis is adopted to accessional calculation on more seismic design and elastic-plastic deformation on rarely seismic design. Structural system, foundation and construction design are introduced.
