打浆对三倍体毛白杨P-RC APMP浆性能的影响

摘  要:打浆是影响浆料性能的重要因素之一,该文就打浆度和打浆间隙对三倍体毛白杨PRCAPMP浆料性能的影响进行了研究,同时还与漂白麦草浆的质量进行了对比。结果表明,三倍体毛白杨P-RCAPMP浆的白度和松厚度会因打浆度的提高而下降,裂断长明显提高,细小纤维和纤维碎片量明显增多;在选定的三种打浆间隙中,0.15mm的打浆间隙较好;浆料的主要性能均好于漂白麦草浆。Beating is one important factor which affect the properties of pulps. The effect of beating degree and beating interstice on the properties of P-RC APMP with the Triploid of Populus Tomentosa was investigated in the paper. At the same time, we contrasted the quality of P-RC APMPand that of bleached wheat straw pulp. The result showed that, brightness and bulk were dropped because of beating degree increasing; and tensile index improved obviously, as well as fibril and fractional fibre; beating interstice of 0.15mm is the best among three limited beating interstices; and main properties of P-RC APMP was better than that of bleached wheat straw pulp.
