番禺区已婚职业妇女生殖健康现状及健康教育探讨

摘　　要：目的为了解番禺区已婚职业妇女生殖健康现状;了解她们对生殖健康知识的认知、保健服务需求。方法对2004年3月-12月在广州市番禺区妇幼保健院进行已婚职业妇女妇科常见病普查的结果进行统计分析及随机问卷调查。结果4175人中患妇科常见病1386人,检出率33.20%,生殖道感染31.07%占发病的第一位,不同职业人群妇女病检出率存在一定差异,大部分职业妇女生殖健康知识缺乏,书籍、杂志、报纸是她们获取生殖健康知识的首要途径,绝大部分职业妇女渴望妇女常见病防治知识,仍希望得到定期妇女病查治这项保健服务。结论职业妇女生殖健康现状不容忽视,职业妇女生殖健康知识缺乏。重视女职工保健,坚持妇女病普查普治,加强健康教育,是保障职业妇女生殖健康的一个重要环节。Objective In order to find out the status quo of married professional women's reproductive health in Panyu District;and to find out their cognition o f reproductive health knowledge and their need for health care. Methods To make a statistical analysis and conduct a random poll on the outcome of the general survey of common gynaecological diseases made on the married professional women in the Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital of Panyu,Guangzhou from March to December,2004. Results 1386 of the 4175 women have common gynaecological diseas es,the illness rate is 33.20%,and 31.07% of these 1386 women have reproductive i nfection which ranks No.1 of occurring illness.There is considerable difference of illness rate between women with different occupations.A large proportion of w omen lack of reproductive health knowledge;books, magazines and newspapers are t heir staple means of acquiring reproductive health knowledge.Most professional w omen are longing for the knowledge of common gynaecological diseases prevention and treatment,still hoping to get the health service of regular check and treatm ent of gynaecological diseases. Conclusion The status quo of professional women' s reproductive health cannot be neglected;the professional women lack of reprodu ctive health knowledge.It is an important link of ensuring professional women's reproductive health to pay attention to the health care of female workers,to car ry on the general survey and treatment of gynaecological diseases and to enhance health education.
