分光光度法测定3-氟-4-吗啉硝基苯

摘　　要：用分光光度法测定利奈唑烷(linezolid)中间体3-氟-4-吗啉硝基苯。检测波长为357nm。在0.895-23.27mg/L范围内,3-氟-4-吗啉硝基苯的量(x)与吸光度(y)呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994);回归方程为y=0.0587x-0.0025(n=7),平均加标回收率和相对标准偏差分别为99.3%、0.69%(n=6),方法简便、快速、准确的测定方法。A spectrophotometry methd for the determination of 3-fluoro-4-morpholinly-nitrobenzene (the intermediate product of linezolid) was developed. A good linear relationship between the absorbance and the quantity of 3-fluoro-4-morpholinly-nitrobenzene in the range from 0. 895mg/L to 23. 27mg/L was obtained as the regression equation of y=0. 0587x-0. 0025 (n =7) (r=0. 9994) with average recovery of 99. 3% and RSD of 0. 69%(n=6). The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
