摘　　要：影响住院医疗费用的因素有医疗服务提供方,医疗服务需求方和医疗保险机构以及政府部门等,本文分析了各方的关系和议价范围,重点讨论了从外部控制住院医疗费用的策略。All of the provider, demander, medical insurance and government's influent inpatient service cost. This articleanalyzes the relationship each other and discuss on how to control cost externally.
