摘　　要：本文探讨了将图论优化技术应用于城市供电网设计的问题，提出了一种适用于城市电网设计的方法。所建立的数学模型较为准确地描述了待建线路的投资和运行费用，求解方法是以图论中的最短路径为基础，通过待建线路的合理变换，得出满足技术约束条件并使年计算费用取得最小值的树状结构。通过算例证明了本算法的可行性。Based on the topology, the paper presents a availabel optimization model to poan the city distribution network, the model describes the total cost of the lines to be builded and running; the solution is on the shortest path of the topology,by changing the builded lines,to get the most optimal network. an example is given to demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed model and method.
