摘  要:以抗旱性不同的豫豆24和周豆14为材料,研究了在干旱胁迫下,苗期叶片的相对电导率、可溶性糖(WSS)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化。结果显示:随着干旱胁迫的加强,叶片的相对电导率、WSS和游离Pro以及MDA含量的变化与大豆抗旱性密切相关。豫豆24的相对电导率小于周豆14,WSS和游离Pro含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性则是豫豆24大于周豆14,说明豫豆24抗旱性强于周豆14。The drought stress affected crop yield, especially for soybean. The research on the drought- resistance of different soybean varieties(Yudou 24 and Zhoudou 14) under the drought stress was done as materials. The results showed that relative conductance ratio, the contents of free Proline(Pro), soluble sugar(WSS), malomdiadehyde(MDA), and activity of superoxygen dismutase(SOD) in Yudou 24 seedlings were more correlated with drought-resistance ability compared with those of Zhoudou 14. By increasing drought stress, the relative conductance ratio of seedlings was changed, and the contents of WSS, Pro, and MDA were also influenced seriously. It indicated that the relative conductance ratio of Yudou 24 seedlings was lower than that of Zhoudou 14. However, the contents of WSS, free Pro, and activity of Yudou 24 were higher than those of Zhoudou 14, respectively. In a conclusion, Yudou 24 with bette drought-resistance , compared with Zhoudou 14, will be planted widely .
