Effect of the Treatment with ^(60)Co-γ Ray Irradiation on the Germination Rate and the Length of Bud and Root of Verbena hortensis and Carthamus tinctorius

摘  要:对美女樱和菠萝菊种子进行4种剂量的60Co-γ射线处理,结果显示:40Gy的辐射剂量可促进美女樱出芽率,而10、20、80Gy的辐射剂量抑制出芽率。辐射剂量和芽长、根长呈正相关。80Gy辐射剂量对美女樱的出芽率、芽长、根长较适宜。对菠萝菊而言,辐射剂量和出芽率、根长呈负相关。辐照对菠萝菊种子起抑制作用,说明菠萝菊不适合此范围的高剂量辐照。其中辐射剂量为20、80Gy时,菠萝菊种子不发芽;辐射剂量为40Gy时,芽长达到了4.91mm,远远大于对照0.57mm。The effect of four different radiation dosages of 60Co-γ ray on the Verbena hortensis and Carthamus tinctorius seeds was studied. The results showed that 40 Gy improved the germination rate of the Verbena hortensis, but 10 Gy,20 Gy and 80 Gy restricted the germination rate. There was a positive relationship between the length of bud, the length of root and radiation dosage, respectively. Based on the influence of germination rate and the length of bud and root, 80 Gy was suitable for the Verbena hortensis seeds. To the Carthamus tinctorius seeds, there was a negative relationship between the germination rate, the length of root and radiation dosage, respectively. Irradiation restrained the growth of Carthamus tinctorius seeds. That indicated Carthamus tinctorius seeds unfitted the radiation treatment with high dosage in this scope. When radiation dosage was 20 Gy or 80 Gy, the seeds were not burgeoned. When 40 Gy, the length of bud reached to 4.91 mm, which was much longer than the length of comparison.
