摘　　要：研究了在十二烷基磺酸钠存在下,锶Ⅱ'与邻羟基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(HDAA)的显色反应.试验表明,在pH 8.70的氯化铵-氢氧化铵缓冲溶液中,锶Ⅱ'与试剂形成1∶2的红色络合物,络合物最大吸收峰位于526 nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1.3×105,在25 mL溶液中,锶Ⅱ'质量在0～16 μg范围内符合比尔定律.测定了铝合金及纯试剂中微量锶的含量,结果满意.The color reaction of the reagent o-hydroxybenzenediazoaminoazobenzene(HDAA) with Sr(II) in the presence of SDS is studied. Results show that HDAA reacts with Sr(II) to form a stable red complex (Sr(II):HDAA = 1:2) in the presence of NH3 · H2O-NH4Cl buffer solution at pH 8.7. The maximum absorption wavelength and apparent molar absorptivity are 526 nm and 1.3 × 105 L · mol-1 · cm-1, respectively. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-16 μg/25 mL for Sr(II). The method has been applied to the determination of strontium in aluminium alloys and some pure reagents with satisfactory results.
