摘　　要：在稀H2SO4介质中,痕量锡对溴酸钾氧化靛红的褪色反应有明显的催化作用,建立了痕量锡的动力学光度测定方法,方法检出限为0·24μg/L,线性范围为0~8μg/L。结合磷酸三丁酯色谱分离,用于测定环境水样、人发样品中痕量锡,结果与原子吸收光谱法基本一致。采用分析岩石标准物质验证方法,结果与认定值相符,6次测定的RSD为1·8%~4·2%。A new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace tin has been developed.The method is based on the catalytic effect of trace tin on oxidation of indigo carmine with potassium bromate in dilute sulphuric acid solution.The detection limit is 0.24 g/L and the linear range of determination is 0-8.0 g/L.Combined with solvent extraction separation,the method has been applied to the determination of trace tin in environmental water,human hair and rock samples.The results of environmental water and human hair samples are in good agreement with AAS.The results of national certified reference materials of rock are in agreement with the certified values and the RSD(n=6) for w(Sn?)=10^(-6) grade samples is within 1.8%-4.2%.
