摘  要:简述了脉冲分布分析法(PDA法)测定酸溶铝的原理,应用正交试验法确定了分析测定条件:内标元素Fe的衰减值为80,分析元素Al的衰减值为150,预热时间1200np,曝光时间1600np,分析间隙4mm,辅助间隙6mm,氩气流量10L/min;用40目碳化硅砂纸磨制试样,岛津PDA-5017火花源原子发射光谱仪测定了低合金钢中酸溶铝和全铝,结果令人满意。The principle of the determination of acid-soluble aluminium in low alloy steel with pulse distribution analysis(PDA) method was simply described. The analytical conditions were established by orthogonal test. The attenuation value is 80 for internal standard element Fe and 150 for analytical element Al. The preburn time is 1200 np and intergrel time is 1600 np. The analytical gap and assistant gap are 4 mm and 6 mm, respectively. The flow capacity of argon is 10 L/min. Sample was ground with 40 mesh of SiC sand paper. The acid-soluble aluminium and total aluminium in low alloy steel were measured using spark source atomic emission spectrometer, made in Japanese SHIMADZU, with satisfactory results.
