摘 要:通过测定凝胶的融化温度(T),研究了甲阶酚醛树脂(PF)-硼砂(SB)水凝胶的热可逆性,还研究了PF树脂、SB和KOH浓度对T的影响。结果表明:体系的温度升高和降低时,凝胶可发生热可逆溶胶-凝胶相互转变;T与PF、SB及KOH浓度有关,PF浓度增大,T逐渐升高,KOH浓度增大,T逐渐降低,SB浓度增大时T先增大后减小,c(SB)为0.225mol/L时T出现极大值。根据Eldridge-Ferry理论,利用c(SB)与T之间关系,计算结果表明,凝胶的融化焓变△H为-45.81kJ/mol。The thermoreversibility of phenol formaldehyde resin - borate hydrogels as a function of polymer concentration, sodium tatroborate concentration and KOH concentration was investigated by the gel - melting temperatures. The results showed that the systems underwent the sol-gel transition with the increase and decrease of the temperature. The system was a new theroreversible hydrogels. The gel-melting temperature increased with the increase of the resin concentration, but decreased with the increase of the KOH concentration. At a given concentration of resin and KOH, the gel -melting temperature increased first then decreased with the sodium tatroborate concentration. By a modified Eldridge -Ferry theory, the enthalpy of gel - melting was estimated to be around-45.81 kJ/mol.
