摘　　要：运用文献分析和访谈等方法,对我国体育社团组织中志愿者的涵义、与体育社团组织的关系、主要特征及其管理进行阐述。提出志愿者与体育社团组织是一种平等、互利的交换关系;志愿者具有人员的异质性和素质多样化、志愿行为的随意性、参与动机的多样性及文明、健康的使者等特征;应注意志愿者的选拔与注册、培训与指导、给志愿者安排合适的工作及对其工作给予肯定与回报等4个方面的管理工作。The volunteer offers the necessary human resource for the sport association and lower the cost. The sport association can accomplish the personal willing and provide the way. According to the main characteristics of the volunteer, the authors put forward to enhance the volunteer management in four aspects such as pay attention to the selection and register of the volunteers, training and guiding of volunteers, give the volunteers suitable jobs and repay for their works.
