对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症患者胰岛素样生长因子-1的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的:了解阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症(OSAS)患者胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF1)的浓度变化,探讨低氧对IGF1的影响。方法:对OSAS组40例,对照组15例进行多导睡眠仪监测,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中IGF1浓度,应用统计学方法处理数据。结果:与对照组比较,OSAS中重度组IGF1浓度降低(P<0.05P<0.01);OSAS各组血清IGF1浓度分别与AHI、呼吸暂停时间比呈负相关,与最低氧饱和度及平均氧饱和度呈正相关。结论:阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停会导致体内低氧而致血清中IGF1的浓度发生变化。Objective:To evaluate the levels of IGF-1 in serum in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Methods:40 untreated male patients and 15 BMI matched controls were recruited for this study.Polysomnography(PSG) was administered to all subjects in Sleep Disorders Center. IGF-1 level was measured by in-house enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) technique.Results:1. Results of PSG recording(see chart 1). 2.The levels of IGF-1 in moderate group and severe group were reduced significantly compared with those in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01,respectively). 3.In each group with OSAS there were negative correlations between concentrations of circulating IGF-1 and AHI,noctural apnea time and positive correlations between concentrations of circulating IGF-1 and lowest SaO2 and mean SaO2. Conclusion:Obstructive sleep apnea will lead to hypoxidosis which affects the levels of IGF-1 in serum in patients with OSAS.
