摘　　要：为正确把握江苏省国有企业思想政治工作的现状和特点,进行了一系列的调研。通过调研发现,江苏省国有企业思想政治工作在取得成绩的同时也存在着职工理论素养不高,思想政治工作脱离生产经营实际,思想政治教育内容形式单一等问题,必须不断提高企业员工的理论素养,创建有特色的企业文化,开创思想政治工作的新局面。To correctly master the situation and traits of the ideological and political work in the state-owned enterprises, we make a series of surveys of some state-owned enterprises in Jiangsu province.Basing on the surveys, we conclude that although the ideological and political work in the state-owned enterprises in Jiangsu province has made progress,some problems remain existed. We should go on innovating so as to make the ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises a brand new one.
