摘　　要：中国共产党在80多年的历程中,之所以能够从一个小党发展成为执政的世界大党,一个很重要的原因就是每当处在重要的历史关头她都能够适时进行大规模的党内思想教育活动,保持党的先进性。延安整风运动、1983年整党和正在开展的“先教”活动,是中国共产党在发展历程中进行的三次影响深远的思想教育活动,它为加强党的自身建设和巩固执政地位创造了宝贵经验。During these 80 years' development, the communist Party of China has been improved a lot from a small party into a great ruling party in the world. One of the most important reasons was that it could always carry out some large scale ideological education activities to keep the Party's advanced nature when it was in every significant historical period. There were three significant activities during the development of Party: rectification movement in Yan'an, Party consolidation in 1983, and advanced ideas' education in recent. They brought and created many precious experiences for building Party and strengthening the ruling position of Party.
