摘　　要：从现行的有关规范出发,探讨了对甲类建筑进行地震安全性评价的途径和思路,并以河北省疾病防治和控制中心大楼为例分析了几种方法和思路的实际计算结果,从而确定了最终的计算方法,并探讨了其合理性。<Abstrcat> Based on the existing criterion, the method to estimate the seismic risk for first class buildings is discussed. Taking the central building for disease prevention and control of Hebei Province as example, we analyzed the results from several methods and considerations, determined the final algorism, and its rationality is also discussed.
