摘　　要：修订《长江流域综合规划》要以健康长江为理念,遵照保护生态、人水协调、流域水利与经济社会协调发展、水资源合理开发综合利用等原则,按照建立防洪保安、水环境与生态保护、水资源综合利用和水资源管理等4项内容进行。Revision of programs on comprehensive utilization of the Yangtze River Basin should have a perception of healthy Yangtze River, and in accordance and principles of ecological protection, promoting a harmonious coexistence of human being with water, harmonious development between water with economy and society, rational development and comprehensive utilization of water resources. Four types of contents about flood safety, water environment and ecological protection, comprehensive utilization of water resources and water resources management should be included in the program.
