粉状乳化炸药乳化工序的工艺和设备安全性研究

摘　　要：粉状乳化炸药是在乳化炸药基础上发展起来的一种新型工业炸药,兼顾了乳化炸药和粉状炸药的双重优点。本文探讨了粉状乳化炸药乳化过程中所选工艺及乳化设备的安全性,并着重介绍了常压乳化器和螺杆泵工作原理,以及使用时注意事项。有益于提高人们对粉状乳化炸药安全性的认识,为合理选择工艺条件及生产设备提供依据。In this paper,a new type of powdery ammonium nitrate explosive and powdery emulsion explosive is presented.It possesses the unique structure of oxidizer phase-in-oil,which makes it hold remarkable advantages comparing with both Emulsion Explosives and powdery explosives.The safety of emulsifying equipment and technology condition that forms the emulsion matrix of powdery emulsion explosives are studied and discussed,and the use of emulsion breaker at normal pressure and the principle of screw pump are emphasized.It is beneficial to enhancing one's knowledge of the safety of powdery emulsion explosives and provides reference basis for reasonable selection of technology and production equipment.
